Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are paid by the customer and are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to completing your purchase.

Courier Service

Orders are shipped using a Royal Mail 48 tracked. Courier selection is at our discretion and may vary depending on order size, destination, and availability.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched and confirmed as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer. If you believe your parcel has been lost or delayed, please contact us so we can assist with enquiries to the courier.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We cannot accept responsibility for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
